    None, nada, zilch, noppes ;) No difference, it's the exact same build, in whatever ring it is released.

    I have mentioned it in chat. Check if dism /online /get-currentedition gives you an error message instead of "Current edition is :" message. Polish and Czech are affected as far as I know.

    It's possible that current ESDs of build 17133.1 may have missing editions due to bug.

    In product.ini of Client business ESD has the following information:

staged=EDUCATION,EDUCATIONN,ENTERPRISE,ENTERPRISEN,PROFESSIONAL,PROFESSIONALN,PROFESSIONALEDUCATION,PROFESSIONALEDUCATIONN,PROFESSIONALWORKSTATION,PROFESSIONALWORKSTATIONN
    That may indicate that for some reason editions after ProfessionalN were not captured into ESD, but final ISO of 17133.1 may contain all editions like 17127 one.

    Telemetry wise N is a bit less 'monitored' i think.

    Nope, because some mediafeatures are missing doesn't mean less telemetry. It only means troubles in the future.

    Both contain the same level. It might be missing some WMP telemetry (should be marginal).

    Still installing the Media Pack definitely defeats the purpose of installing the N version first-hand.

    The ESD files, who will be used by the MCT, are public, so, yes, this is the confirmation 17133.1 sadly officially is considered "RTM".

    @abbodi1406 also posted the cab for /selfhost command to use the 16299.xxx MCT for downloading the 17133.1 ESD's to convert to ISO.

    The official 17133.1 MCT will follow soon.
