Most of the build-in apps are in English (This happend before in RS3 suddenly), but my OS is in Hebrew. So, how can I change the language of the apps back to Hebrew ?

Start menu bug is actually a feature of Windows 10 I guess...
I had to do the clean install 2 times.

    Guys, a little off topic:

    On a clean install Win 10 v1803 build 17133.1 PRO x64:
After turning all the privacy stuff off, including app permissions and cortana (using Windows settings on the GUI)

    I can't change icons in:
"Choose which folders appear on Start"

Settings -> Personalization -> Start -> "Choose which folders appear on Start"

The changes should be visible in the start menu...

    Edit:
After trying about 12-20 times it fixed itself...

Happened on Laptop and Desktop PC :p

In my VM clean install this feature works. Enabled folders show on left side between Settings and user pic.

Turning all privacy and apps permissions to Off didn't change anything. What way you disabled cortana?

    @s1ave77 , @kewkie
I did not use Anti telemetry stuff, i disabled this things via official Windows Settings.

Testing on my laptop (clean install again)... and conclusion:

On a clean install you have to do 2 things before disabling anything...
    1) Let Windows Updates run once
    2) Let the Store run once and update apps too.

    Also as @nanoquarks said:
Once RS4 is publicly announced, the windows update will recognize RS4 stuff.

Idk why this happens, but yeah, update everything before apply anti-telemetry stuff. Even if you apply the tweaks and try to update afterwards, it works - no clue.

:busted_cop: does anyone have any idea about this?
There is a single recovery partition, however there are 2 recovery volumes.

You can take a look on your cmd or powershell, as admin type:
    diskpart
    select disk 0
    list partition
    list volume
    exit
