    Might just be a newer ZDP CU than they were planning to release.

    if they delay the release without any record of bugs, its mean they looking to add CU
    I cant think of any other reason

    That would be the same screw up as with 16299 but that one got a fully new compiled upgrade, not a cu.

    yea if not it would be pointless to delay and also wont be a problem to release build with cu added

    That's probably you never actually shutting down because of Fast Startup and hibernation features.

    on the Russian version of the system is already updated to RS4 by WU...
