    can anyone help me to install that CU update via the CAB file? I've never done this before so can't really follow this instruction?

    Open command prompt as admin, move the package you downloaded to disk C and rename it to update, than paste this code to command prompt
    DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\update.cab

    Open CMD as Admin and Type:
    Code:
    DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:c:\updates\KB4100375.cab
    Replace "c:\updates\KB4100375.cab" with your cab location.

    Run cmd as admin, and enter this command:
    Code:
    DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:x:\KBxxxxxxx.cab
    Replace 'x:\' by the path of your kb cab and replace 'KBxxxxxxx.cab' by the real name of your downloaded cab file.

    Code:
    DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:E:\Software\WIN10\RS4\CU\Windows10.0-KB4100375-x64.cab

    Backround apps still turning on after reboot(With the new CU installed) ? I can't test it myself because it doesn't happen with upgrade(From 16299).

    I had it for the first time but not after I browsed step by step from Settings > Personalization > High contrast settings (under Related settings) > Display.

    Yes, also Insider settings under "Feedback & diagnostics" are still there.
    I'm not on Insider - clean install with new CU installed (local account)

    I am an insider but I am afraid to test and have all the problems with the previous version: apps, windows defender ... I have a ASUS, intel graphics...
    I do not know what to do?
