It did for me on 2 different "real" laptop installs... Edit: But only when I used EFI, on legacy I didnt had the this bug.

If you want to fix that visual bug of two Recovery on UEFI, just install the KB4100375. I think you should do another clean install or try to create new account first.
Sometimes I'm baffled about the stupidity of some people here. It's like on XDA: broken English, asking questions that have been answered 10 times, and the worst of all (unrelated to XDA): ISO of [Edition] plz??? God damnit, this is a pure cringefest. Really sad to see this.
Apart from this he isnt fully wrong... how many people asked about the iso or posted the same article today which was posted 2 or even 1 page back. I mean downloading a tool which downloads the esd and then create a iso from that isnt that hard, everything is in the OP, but instead people want to get spoon fed.
