i successfully import but it doesn't appear in the plans list. Any idea how to fix it. i got win pro.
There is financial argument to support impossibility of 17134 became RTM after MS sent 17133 to OEM: OEM spend money creating own systems on base of the release sent by MS, they install system created into computers and create ISO/flashes with a recovery image. And OEM will request a lot of money if MS decides to replace RTM.
so... to update 17133.1 to 17134.1 we need update everything again? i say that because always i change build need reinstall chipset drivers, audio drivers, sata controller drivers and reconfigure services and etc again
Write a script which does that? I even have a script for backing up and restoring files after a format, the only thing which I do manually is installing drivers, which takes like 5min? The rest is semi-automated.
I don’t know whether it is a bug or working “as intended”, now we must type full IP adress of PC in the Explorer’s address bar like this. \\102.168.1.10 For example Typing \\PC4 instead of IP address does not work many a times. Better to assign static IPs to all the PCs in your network at Router level. I learnt this the hard way. Kudos to Microsoft to bork random features.
I was already pleased 17133.1 (the previously expected RTM) was released at a decent time for me (not in the middle of the night) so it didn't endanger my marriage because of me staying up all night Now we'll have to see again
Can you share those scripts? I use something like this - pastebin.com/CKQed9ZX + pastebin.com/Lxe09qsU - PatchMyPC installs most of the apps.
Why don't you just put the files on a non system disk/partition and only run windows from the system disk?
