    The Russians have an interesting point. 17133.1 has already been released to the OEM Network so they can start the work of installing 17133.1 on New PC's. IF 17134.1 is indeed released will Microsoft reimburse OEM's for their prep work they have already done on 17133.1 ?

    that ship has sailed my friend. There is no way it stays RTM after they canceled its rollout on a 1day notice. The only question here is whether this supposed 17134 built every site is talking about is going to be RTM or not.

    If 17134 is real RTM, then 17133 is real for April Fools' Day from Microsoft? Oh no that's not funny!

    I upgrade to 17643 from this build. It look like 17133 is good build.

    I have no issues with this build, so no one else should have any issues! Damn you Microsoft for holding out on us on the most perfect product! :rolleyes:

    Can't really be compared to this situation.

    Can't speak about win 98 first edition but ME and Vista did their job, weren't retracted at release time.

    A lot of "bad" reviews about ME and Vista were just copy/paste.

    @abbodi1406 recently reminded us about 10586 being pulled after the release (back then there weren't UUP early access etcetc) to be replaced by a new one.
