That one will just KMS38 activate your Enterprise 2021 LTSC install.
Here you did switch to IoT Enterprise 2021 LTSC, else no HWID.

Actually when i clean installed windows 11 Iot enterprise, everything worked fine except the Bluetooth drivers. I think because of that system used to freeze. If i would have disabled the driver everything would have worked perfectly.

Why not simply backup the drivers on the working system by dism or PS:
    DISM:
    Code:
    dism /online /export-driver /destination:d:\Drivers
    or by PS:
    Code:
    Export-WindowsDriver -Online -Destination d:\Drivers
IF win 11 LTSC takes them you should be able to point the manual driver install to this folder.

ps, why would you want to switch to every new LTSC release, the whole purpose of using LTSC releases is to enjoy them for years without having to upgrade.

Is it possible that , in some countries like Canada , I'm not being able to activate via HWID the way you did in your .gif (LTSC 2021 to LTSC IoT 2021) ?
After install ltsc , change to IoT via MAS and follow your .gif... not successfully !?!

There should be no issue with Canada.
You can test it in a clean install in Virtual box.

    I just tried LTSC 2021 IoT en-US and it's ok...but I'm a french canadian so..
Think i'm gonna stay with the normal ltsc 2021 for a few years !
    Thanks for answering :)
