I have friends in BG, RO and other East European countries and it was blocked as well. So I gave the same advice and it simply works: change location and language to US, hwid activate, revert location and language changes to the regional ones.

Our scenario is using a non IoT and switching to IoT in any language or architecture, i never did integrate other languages and will never do that when not specifically needed (that would "bloat" the install unnecessarily, we can't have that with all the ocd's lately).
Sure. But other communities have been providing / guiding people to use such scenario for dual/tri/language media, and there was no acknowledgement of the issue caused by it in either W10MUI or MAS/etc. Couple reports about activation not working surfaced here too, and the region/language switch to US was effective. Issue being fixed is even better
Agree that changing the region in settings or using VPN with some other countries' locations may fix the issue if the error is related to being unable to connect with MS servers (or similar). So far I know about 3 reports where it fixed the issue. Apparently, MS activation servers are different for different locations and a particular area server may have some downtime.
Hey guys, I was wanting to know if there was a way to modify a 2021 Enterprise ISO to allow it to upgrade from the 2019 Enterprise LTSC to the 2021 Enterprise IoT LTSC. It only gives me the option to upgrade to the standard Enterprise 2021 but not the IoT version. Im thinking it's because the key for IoT is OEM, but was curious if anyone has been able to remove the keys from the ISO image and been able to upgrade that way maybe.
I tried that already but it says the key does not work. I tried both the default IoT install key and the IoT key that activates it via winactivate-2.0 but no luck. Unless im doing something wrong.
What key, extract the Enterprise 2021 LTSC ISO to a folder and put this ei.cfg in the ISO:\Sources folder and retry. Code: [Channel] _Default [VL] 0 Or is the switch not working? Testing
