Installed the new update for my LTSC but i get the SS update version 1790, while the W10 update history page posts about "Windows 10 servicing stack update - 19044.1824" IS this a bug or what ?
Yes, 1790... Mode LastWriteTime Length Name ---- ------------- ------ ---- -a--- 06/07/2022 11:19 15556721 SSU-19041.1790-x64.cab -a--- 06/07/2022 11:19 694854566 Windows10.0-KB5015807-x64.cab
Hi there, I dont actually use it, but made an updated iso for PRO x64 in Spanish if someone needs it. (tested in vbox and worked ok).
updated vm to 1826 had to install it via dism just like i did when i used the 21h2 nums when 1023 came out. since microsoft knows i am on 19045 that is why updates won't show up in windows update till the first 22h2 update gets released
Q: How are 19045 packages triggered? A: 19045 packages recognize 22H2 Enablement only. i.e. LCU installs 19045 packages to WinSxS. When 22H2 Enablement was detected, they turn to be installed from WinSxS to System and show 22H2 & 19045. Otherwise they stay at WinSxS. It is alike Windows Features. (Feature packages being installed at WinSxS). Ckecked, installed from WinSxS to System. Unchecked, disappeared from System. PS: Except .Net3.5 which is removed from System and WinSxS once unchecked and restarted.
today i installed Windows 10 enterprise ltsc n and tried to install the media player from this support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/media-feature-pack-for-windows-n-8622b390-4ce6-43c9-9b42-549e5328e407 but it didnt work. it didnt show up or anything after that i tried to install the additional codecs with using this lazyadmin.nl/it/install-microsoft-store-apps-without-store/ but the video cant still be played. So does anyone know how to install media player with codecs for the ltsc n version or an alternative that supports the codecs needed.
I ended up installing it cause i thought it is cleaner and windows media player is easy to install. Couldnt really get it so yes i did install the normal version know.
