19041.1200 or later = no EnterpriseS 2021 OEM key
before 19041.1200 = EnterpriseS 2019 OEM key (no 2021 features, will be lost when you install higher LCU)

Anyone is able to do that with the abandoned license as you have shown repeatedly.

It's just a number. So yes, it's possible (manually) and also useless.

I understand, so there were no significant changes from 21h1 to 22h2? no optimization at all?

Some people have less attention span than a fish. I recommend STSC instead of LTSC for them!

LTSC is meant to stay on the major build it was released on, that's the whole purpose of the LONG part of the name.
And no official publications what "new features"19045 will have, and nobody noticed them either after applying the 22H2 EP on non LTSC installs either.

Commercial product names means NOTHING. Build numbers means something more.

So 10586.x (1511) had significant changes over 10240.xxxxx (1507) and so on.

But since 2019 MS started to release fake semiannual updates changing just the last digit of the major number. So 19041.868 (2004) is no different than 19042.868(20H2) or 19043.868 (21H1)...

Or at least the differences are minimal, the same differences introduced normally by monthly cumulative updates.

That said, not sure about you, but I have yet to encounter a normal user that can tell what's different even comparing 1507 to 22H2...

    Not even sure about that.

First because on 1507 MS started full steam on telemetry, something that pissed off many big organizations and governments, so MS very likely refined it to behave a little more nicely, over time.

Second because, no matter the above, I find hard to believe that telemetry isn't keept in line for all supported systems via the monthly updates

if u are talking about the weather widget that is on taskbar, u can't install it because the product policy says what features u have and do not have. The Weather Widget on taskbar is only on non LTSC windows.

There are no updated (IoT) Enterprise 2021 LTSC ISOs, all are still the same as published at the OP.

First look at the 4th post above yours and get the base ISO first

you will have to look at this post here
    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...-21h1-2-vb_release.80763/page-16#post-1571109
and as of today also this post
    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-hotfix-repository.57050/page-698#post-1749616

use W10UI to help you integrate the updates to the newest ISO

Updading ISOs of XP/7/8.x was (and still is) a great thing to do and a great way to save time. It started to make less sense with W10, but since 1809 or so it is completely pointless for 99.9% of scenarios.

So unless you have a REAL REASON, I suggest you to employ better your time.
