Well it depends of what one intends with licensing. If intended as just a different commercial channel and support, no If intended as different kernel policies, yes. But that also means that the two OSes are not 100% identical in functionality, although they are very close. Here is a comparison, yellow =IoT, Red=LTSC (the 5th/6th rows are way too long to fit in the screen). But you can see that, for example, the windows sandbox feature is enabled in IoT but not in LTSC, other differences are offscreen. In short saying that they are identical is a bit of stretch
Where can I download the cleanest and latest version of Windows 10 LTSC? I currently have Windows 10 LTSC 1809 installed with a legit key.
yes you can strip down any NT10 OS your way . depends on how in depth you can go to remove component packages from offline image via your own ready made script or Optimize Offline or install wim tweak tool by Legolash2o or Great MSMG toolkit or NTLite or WinReducer or etc etc .
The ISO contains this EI.cfg: Code: [Channel] volume [VL] 1 So no need for any keys, only kms keys are still the same all others don't work for 2021, use MAS to HWID activate it and it will switch to HWID activated IoT Enterprise 2021 LTSC, all for free.
hmm I think I discovered the powder lol, because this morning I installed the W10 IOT LTSC 2021 again just using the native Windows tools and my old brain seems to be 100%, everything working perfectly and it looks more like W7 than W10 thanks to group policies and my beloved PowerShell V7.2.6 EDIT: well after 3 days of this installation were enough for me to immediately return to the "old" W10 LTSC 2019 running faster than Elon Musk's rocket well at least in this version it also has several serious bugs it is possible to solve while in this "new" one version I got tired of searching here and there bah MSFT I'm furious
