Should I consider en-us_windows_10_iot_enterprise_ltsc_2021_x64_dvd_257ad90f.iso the official iso file to grab an "N" version of lstc 2021?
In other words, Windows 10 Enterprise N LTSC 2021 does not exist? I have to look towards an IoT version?

Enthousiast: I have downloaded Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 and burnt onto DVD. Is it possible to change it to Enterprise iOT LTSC 2021 and how can it be done? If the version is in Chinese Language, can it worked as well?

It depends on the key one is using to make an activation.
