Enthousiast: I have downloaded Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2021 and burnt onto DVD. Is it possible to change it to Enterprise iOT LTSC 2021 and how can it be done? If the version is in Chinese Language, can it worked as well?

This question has been answered on many an occasion on this thread, a few pages back.
It depends on the key one is using to make an activation.

I'm completely lost... is there any ltsc version that is possible to activate or any way to activate the one contained in this topic. (other than the IoT)?

You're using an Evaluation image. It's been repeated multiple times those can't be activated.

I also have a question regarding MAS.

My idea is to use KMS38 for now (as it's all local) and if needed, switch to HWID in the future (hwid verifies with MS...right?).
I've tested KMS38 on 2 systems now, one a virtual machine (vm) and the other hardware, both activations were successful.

However, at one point I discovered a webserver running on my hardware based install and not on my vm.
It got me wondering if MAS does install a local (kms)webserver to fake kms key re-activating?
The only thing that is currently running on my hardware install is Windows 10 ltsc 2021 + drivers + latest windows updates.

if the webserver isn't created by MAS, I'll wipe+reinstall.

 

It doesn't do that in KMS38. I'm not sure what you mean by a webserver.
