>The whole purpose of LTSC is that it doesn't have feature updates, so it is and will be 19044.xxxx. Thank you . I thought that i remebered that ikb5015684 doesnt realy do anything . For me its just number hunting . My personal question was / is .......... is there a way to get it in / get 19045 into LTSC 2021 ? Not that i realy care . I just wanted to check my memory ...... as i have LTSC 2021 and thought that i remebered haveing it in ..........a memory wich apears to be failing
Have a look at Slimdown10. It removes Edge permanently and much more. It is for Win10 22H2 (19045.x) but should work with 2021 LTSC as well (19044.x): https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...ws-10-22h2-into-classic-legacy-windows.86552/
Cannot find the wireless display feature in the "optional features" page. Also tried this command "DISM /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:App.WirelessDisplay.Connect~~~~0.0.1.0" My computer supports miracast/wireless projection feature. I tried it on windows 10 home and it worked find. My hypothesis/guess is that ltsc doesn't contain the files so how can i manually install it?
In the Dolby Access app from the Microsoft Store, there are demo videos. On LTSC (newly installed, unmodified), the videos will play but there will be no sound. On Windows Pro (newly installed, unmodified), there is sound. I know it's probably an audio codec missing, but I cannot figure out which one it is. It's not the Dolby Atmos thingy that's missing from LTSC because I installed it and there's still no sound. I'm using the regular LTSC, not the N version. Does anyone know what it could be? EDIT: I installed LTSC N on a virtual machine and installed the Media Feature Pack. Demo videos in Dolby Access app have sound... It seems that regular LTSC doesn't come with all the codecs that are in the Media Feature Pack. The problem is that you cannot install the Media Feature Pack on regular LTSC. Is there a solution to this?
Having problems getting Intel control panel/command centre to display. I installed the video driver from Dell (clean install), which says it has just installed the driver, but I don't have access to the intel tools? Device manager says I have both control panel/command centre in the software components section and the services are running, but no apps? I tried manually installing dell's command centre after that, but it failed with I already had it? (it added a 0 byte command centre binary entry to the start menu)
This doesn't work because the demo videos are INSIDE the app. I installed the LAV Filters anyway to see if it would work, but it didn't.
Yes! I installed the Microsoft-Windows-RegulatedPackages as described in the link below and it worked! https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...lby-atmos-and-others-and-updated-dolby.86260/ EDIT: Installing Microsoft-Windows-RegulatedPackages was not necessary. Only Multimedia-RestrictedCodecsDolby is needed if you need to get Dolby Atmos with Headphones. Also, if you get no sound in the demos, try turning off exclusive mode for your headphones.
