i mean there is a problem with activation

 

one can't activate an evaluation copy, please understand this

 

enterprise eval has no problem with activation(90 days to use), unlike enterprise ltsc

 

You seem to have them mixed up. Non-eval can activate just fine. The eval is the one that can't be activated.

 

Maybe pp03 means enterprise ltsc eval cannot be activated (as eval)

Hello. Is there a way to get/make/create LTSC iso with all updates until now?

 

sure

1. download original 19044.1288 ISO
2. download and extract W10UI
2.1 copy cdimage.exe from uup-converter to W10UI folder (it's not mandatory because dir2iso is supported as well)
2.2 edit W10UI.ini:
enable "Cleanup" and "ResetBase" options (ISO will be smaller)
you can disable "Net35" option if you don't need .Net Framework 3.5
also you can enable "wim2esd" and get much smaller ISO (install.wim will be converted to install.esd, but it takes much more time)
or you can enable "wim2swm" option to bypass fat32 limitations for 4+ Gb. files on USB drives, install.wim will be splitted to several files

3. copy updates to W10UI folder, you can find everything here
you can exctract cabs from msu with 7zip, but W10UI can extract it for you too

4. mount your 19044.1288 ISO (double click if ISO is associated with Windows File Explorer)
5. run W10UI.cmd, press 1 and change your target to the mounted ISO (for example: F:\), then press 0 to start the process
