You now can safely upgrade to the current non LTSC Enterprise ediiton or anything above 18363 aka 1909. To be able to get the offer to keep all you first need to upgrade to Enterprise or probably Education too. Next you can switch license to Pro but i would go to Education.

There is something called hwid activation which I dont know what is about, than there is some script activation? I was activating LTSC 2019 with "kms_vl_all" for 180days.
