    (IoT) Enterprise 2021 LTSC officially only exists from 19044.1288, so the 21H2 EP is already integrated.

    Then just insert a setupcomplete.cmd in each index with it's retail key (N doesn't have one, afaik)
    Keep in mind that the IoT version doesn't run scripts during oobe/setupcomplete stage.

    Im not accustomed to manual winlib editing I just used UPP dump and a tool you've previously provide it to convert the .win into .esd

    Hi, Can someone please help - I cannot create an additional user

    I click on 'Add a new user in PC Settings' - 'Add someone else to this PC and then in the popup window I click ' I don't have this person's sign-in information' and I get the 'Something went wrong' error - like its trying to access a service or url but its blocked or not available

    1. Set telemetry level to 0 = security.
    2. Set Turn off Windows Network Connectivity Status Indicator active tests to Enabled.
    3. Disable Defender SmartScreen.
