Do you know of a tool or script that would totally replace Windows Update ?
after installing the telemetry script for example, which would go directly to get updates on UupDump or other catalogs, with Preview option in addition or not. And then install them as W10UI or other.
Everything automatically or just by launching the tool Online
The Graal as SDIO tool for drivers

Of course you need to re-activate it after switching between SKUs.

(IoT) Enterprise LTSC 2021 will never be truly upgraded to 19045, no matter what the system information shows. This includes NOT getting any new 19045 features. For that reason, upping the build number is absolutely and utter pointless.

I am completely new to any LTSC version of Windows 10.

If I modify the version information in Windows 10 19045.4842 to 19041.1, then can I do a inplace-upgrade to 19044.1288 iot_enterprise_ltsc_2021 with the following ISO?
    en-us_windows_10_iot_enterprise_ltsc_2021_x64_dvd_257ad90f.iso

    Would KMS_VL_ALL activate this?

I wasn't planning to use the 19045 EP. Currently running Windows 10 pro. So the Edition (Enterprise vs Pro) would be an update.

My thinking was that when the version keys are changed in the Windows 10 registry to 19041.1, then Setup won't even see the EP. All the Windows modules will just be rolled up in Windows.old and replaced by the IoT Enterprise 2021 LTSC modules. I've actually successfully downgraded this way in the past.

setup only sees 19041.xxxx so all 1904x builds are the same.

Of course you can, and there is even a thread for that: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...o-windows-10-enterprises-sku-ltsb-ltsc.70741/
My question for you, is why would you want to? The entire purpose of using LTSB/C over normal Enterprise is that it doesn't have the Store or other online features enabled by default.

Some incompatibility with some software that don't like 21h2?
