Is it applicable to Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021? I was taking as a source some already updated in May last year Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 ISO with ru-ru langpack integrated.

The iot_enterprise_ltsc version only exists in en-us. The de-de_enterprise_ltsc version can be converted to iot enterprise if activated with HWID.
There won't be a newer version than the one from 2021. However, there's Windows 11 IoT LTSC from 2024 (based on 24H2) and there'll be newer versions in the future.
On a windows 10 22H2 system with defender & NVMe ssd it took around 80 min for the process to complete (base win 10 iot ltsc en-us x64 + NDP35-48 CU kb5050579 + defender-dism-x64 + DU_Sources + DU_SafeOS), is this normal? There was continuous activity from defender with around 23% processor usage most of the time while entire processor usage was ranging from 50-80%. There was no processor/disk/memory bottleneck from what I observed. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/posts/1872842 This ran on a IoT Enterprise 2021 LTSC and took approx. 25min per run (Home=19045.5608 and LTSC=19044.5608), the only thing i have disabled is Defender.
But Windows 10 21H2 IoT is much faster in some machines, the problem is if you want to use modern apps...
This is not faster then home/pro and all the other non LTSC and even LTSC is not that much faster compared to non LTSC.
I redid the integration as mentioned in my previous post above but this time I added the updates folder as well as temp folders to defender exclusion list & entire process was finished in just under 10 min, that's a difference of 70 min. I suggest to put this info in readme/notes of win10UI to disable defender/put folders in exclusion list before running win10UI. @abbodi1406
