i upgraded from LTSB 2016 and my computer feels a little slower, actions like opening folders have a split-second delay. is this possibly caused by spectre patches in the OS or are they only applied on the BIOS level?
I just get these five dots in a circle and then the displays are going to sleep = hardware problem in 99%.
Please read everything relating to my problem. How can it be a hardware error if the inplace upgrade worked. Then I ran Windows Updates from withing LTSC 2021 and then the problem occured. Also am on my rolled back LTSC 2019 so how could this be a hardware error. Also the error code points to some driver problems. Even tho everything is working fine -.-
Thx2Simplix1Luv ........ Why not just put the backup in that you made from your working system before you tryed to update ? ............. In the time youve been asking people for telepathic repairs you could have wiped the disk , reinstalled and set your computer up several times .
I wouldn't bother with this anymore. If common tools like SFC don't work then it'll take a long time to find the cause root (you may not even be able to) so it's not worth it to not clean install.
Hey All, Sorry I'm a little confused with the licensing part. I have several LTSC 2019 VL keys that work fine on my various machines for 2019. Are these now no good for 2021? Or they can be converted to IoT LTSC 2021 for HWID activation? Thanks!
I only ever ran one build after 1809 like I posted and that was LTSC 2021. Tho like I posted after using Windows Update from inside LTSC 2021 I got a dotNet and Cumulative Win10 Update and after that reboot all this started to occur : ( Your post clearly shows you have not read and or understood what is happening. Why would I even use my backup if the system reverts back to it's perfectly working state? All up to date but on LTSC 2019 1809. I am still bothering and now I am one step further it seems XD I did all the CHKDSK, SFC and DISM jazz, then I clear booted and also unplugged everything besides mouse, keyboard and displays and tried to install from the NVME again. Now after reverting I've got greeted by a new error '0xC1900101 - 0x30018' and will check out what it is pointing to.
I am pretty sure 0xC1900101 - 0x30018 means the registry is corrupted. You can try to use CCleaner's registry cleaner function. If it doesn't work, you can try an in-place upgrade with your current LTSC version, and only then try to upgrade to 2021.
