I thought tutorials for uup/esd--iso or integrating official patches/updates/custom settings to create custom iso are allowed but not home cooked versions like ltsb 2018 or govt china 2018(incl in english).Well I only know about xinso doing such things & based on his posts & replies to his posts I assumed such tutorials are not allowed here. P.S.i know xinso not posting tutorials is because of his own wish but I never saw anyone posting alternatives either in posts referencing him.
Is Windows 10 LTSB 2016 Support Intel Optane 16gb? I Asked on Other Forum they say u only can answer that. So Can you tell? Is it work well with ltsb 2016?
As the title says. It has to be the standard/default ISO, not some modified version. I have seen lots of threads about this particular question, just wanted to be sure before I install some unwanted ISO file on my PC.
download latest ltsb 2016 iso's from here https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-svf-repository.63324/page-108#post-1400136 discussion thread for ltsb 2016 here https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/discussion-windows-10-enterprise-2016-ltsb.73435/ just a suggestion, dont use N version, you may get into troubles later. gud luck
Check here: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...9-1803-ltsb-2016-server-2016-techbench.77028/ It downloads the ltsb ISO directly from MS servers and automatically do the whole SVF process.
If you plan on gaming on that system, don't install a N version of windows, because it breaks several games, and then you have to manually install the media feature pack (defeating the purpose of having N in the first place) - that might work, or not!
my sentiments exactly. homebrewing these isos really defeat the purpose of actually using ltsb edition, which is to never install any feature upgrades. i'm enjoying the win10 ltsb 2016 rs1 release and will never upgrade to a newer ltsb version on my old HP pavilion media center computer.
I downloaded the LTSB version of the Microsoft website, but after installing it can not be activated by KMSPico. It says : Nothing to do here. Has anyone a solution for me?
http://forums.mydigitallife.net/posts/838808 more tools @ https://forums.mydigitallife.net/forums/kms-tools.51/ ps. why not posted @ https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/65739/
if you downloaded it from ms site in that case its a 90 days evalution version and can not be activated by kms tools. you need to download ltsb iso from mvs (msdn) source (available here) only than you can activate it with any kms tools. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/discussion-windows-10-enterprise-2016-ltsb.73435/
@Quaint10 The kernel is older in LTSB 2016 and there are probably possible incompatibilities, but it should work. I would suggest to wait for next LTSB release though.
Really wish Microsoft made them easily available for testing. In need of formatting my last Windows computer and it would have been nice to start fresh with the next build, even a test build. Lol
