yes, I am running LTSB 2016 on a i5-8400/B360 system and everything is working fine, including the iGPU.

Amd Ryzen here too. Drivers are not the same as features as Microsoft does a fair job at hardware support. Anytime Microsoft has lacked in that department I could count on the manufacturer to provide drivers.

 

It plays everything i throw at it.

 

I am waiting for the 2300x and 2500x's to stick their heads above the parapets, single ccx or 2 ccx, w7 support.

 

My opinion, I prefer MPC-BE personally.

 

Same here, everything works as it should.

 

Are you using HDD?
Do you have a 100% disk trouble?

 

I have a lot of different systems, but none of them is using a traditional HDD for the OS.
and no, I don't have any kind of 100% disk trouble on any of my systems.

No I ran into the same problem. Downloaded it.manually from their update catalog and installed it. Looking at "getting windows ready" now.

Funny how after all these years MS still can't do updates properly.

 

Same problem here, i downloaded from Update Catalog and then it worked.
