Hello everyone, which version of windows 10 (build) would be the most stable and indicated for daily use?
Where I can find the latest stable LTSC version is it the Business source from here https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-svf-repository.63324/page-147#post-1504648 ?
It's a separate ISO, you can download it, by using this tool: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...3-ltsb-2016-2015-server-2016-techbench.77028/ The VLSC 17763.107 iso, is the most current one.
One last question, would it be possible to keep the system up to date without formatting? Or I would have to always download a new version here and install to keep the system up to date and without the bugs of microsoft updates.
Are you sure you need a specific os like LTSC? Just use windows update or download the msu/cab files and install them manually.
ut I have already trying the LTSC non N version + store, Netflix does not support Dolby digital on this set-up. LTSC N version + MS Media feature pack + Store, then Netflix have Dolby Digital 5.1
I need a lightweight system and I do not really like the traditional versions of windows, because these come with a lot of things I do not use.
Hey guys, so just downloaded LTSC 2019 v17763.107. I wanted to use NTlite to remove and disable some features, services, and settings. But before I do so I would appreciate any professional feedback and opinoins. I'm attaching screenshots of the options I have tweaked for the ISO. As always, thank you very much!
you will probably runt into some problems, especially ms office requires some removed components ....
For me File Explorer ~is~ Windows. I do most of my work from there. I get really upset when they mess with it. Since winxp I feel they've been reducing ease of use for File Explorer with every new version. 1809 is the first time I've liked a newer version better, of course that's after beating it into shape with reg tweaks and OpenShell.
Is torrenting from generation2 safe? I found a torrent for ltsc in thepiratebay but wonder if I should download from the svf thing.
That's the s**tty part. I'm thinking of doing ltsb 2016 in that case. I hate bloatware and bs. But 2016 ain't got that dark ui and updated stuff.
What are you guys doing with smartcreen.exe that keeps running even with smartcreen disabled with GPO and in regedit?
Thanks one GPO was the culprit. EDIT: And what about WindowsInternal.ComposableShell.Experiences.TextInput.InputApp.exe(Microsoft Text input application), can this one be disabled also?
