So if I install the evaluation then only way to get full version is by reinstalling with the rtm iso?

So,i have downloaded the LTSC 2019 version and i want it strictly for gaming purposes,i don't want any game bar or xbox crap in windows or any game mode enabled and so on.My question is,anyone with LTSC 2019 installed can confirm that there is or isn't game mode/xbox crap in the settings app? Or shall i get the server 2019 instead?Which one of these is cleaner for gaming?
