No! Also some people here seems to have some issues with it too.

 

LTSC is 1809 and not 1903, hence no sandbox

As many people have already known, the newer graphics processors (both integrated and dedicated) come with "DHC drivers".
Meaning, if we want to get NVIDIA Control Panel or Intel Graphics Control Panel we'd have to get it from the Microsoft Store.
However, I dont want to have the Store on my computer (Feels like it defeats the point of using LTSC altogether).
Is there a way for us to get the NVIDIA/Intel Control Panel without adding the Store to LTSC at all?

 

I dnt have store also on my ltsc nd my nvidia control panel is working fine with dhc driver.

 

There's no need for ms store on LTSC. Nvidia standard driver packages work perfectly fine. DHC drivers also.

 

How do you get the Nvidia control panel to install then? Mine just install the drivers and the nvidia control panel never installs itself.

When I try to install standard drivers, it says my graphics card isn't compatible.

 

Well it would be useful if you mention your gpu's exact model and what driver you're installing.

 

I just download dhc driver from nvidia site nd install it and my graphic card also dont support standard driver it only support dhc.

My gpu is geforce mx130, and the driver version is 431.36
