You can add it to the system by powershell

    Add-AppxPackage -register “C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AppUp.IntelGraphicsControlPanel_3.2.0.0_x64__8j3eq9eme6ctt” –DisableDevelopmentMode

    Should work

ps make sure the app is in the maps WindowsApps under C:\Program Files

edit the correct command will be
    Add-AppxPackage -register "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AppUp.IntelGraphicsControlPanel_3.2.0.0_x64__8j3eq9eme6ctt\AppxManifest.xml" -DisableDevelopmentMode

I seem to be having an issue with LTSC where I can't connect to any Google services - appears to be blocked by default (auth, reCaptcha, and the like). Anybody else having this problem?

Nope nothing off that kind but you have to enlist your computer to trusted devices at Google

    Hi all,
after some research I come to the conclusion that LTSC N is the win10 for me but now I'm here in this topic and I see that you don't recommend N version.
as I understand N is missing Windows Media Player, Camera, Music, Movies & TV. all the stuff I don't need so why not use N version?
I am going to use VLC and MPC-HC for videos/audio,...
I don't like store and other MS bs/spy stuff that bloats my system.

I do need GPU drivers with CP. I don't understand this story about CP not being installed if not using MS Store? I currently have R5 2600 + Vega 56 and latest driver for GPU and I have CP and everything is in order just like on my win7.
Is this CP problem mainly with nvidia/intel GPUs? In the future I might upgrade to nvidia GPU.

If not LTSC N, wich would you recommend. ENT or LTSC?

    thanks.

LTSC, amd and nvidia include control panels as far as i know, its only intel playing silly bastards.

You may not want those things today but you may need them tomorrow. Just disable in Features for now.

but isn't there that media pack that I can install provided by MS that changes N to "non-N"?
I really don't want to go reinstalling everything at this point if I really don't need to.
    thanks

Nope you have to install manually home cooked media packs

then what use is "Media Feature Pack for N and KN versions of Windows 10" that I can download from MS? (can't post links)

I didn't make up my mind. If you confirm that this linked media pack is useless for possible future use, I will be reinstalling either ENT or LTSC and starting from scratch.

    thx

Is it feasible / possible to replace the LTSC 2019 (1809) "C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore" with the Driver Store from a (1903) build so that LTSC installations can utilize newer drivers IF / When needed for current hardware?

    LOL
If this is possible, you should slap M$
Then all security features (file protection features) for the operating system are pure nonsense

Some sites needed system codecs and your browser will complain in N version. At least Firefox with me did it. Some games and programs are hardcoded to use Microsoft's media framework so even if you install a codec pack or LAV Filters the software or game will ignore that and use Windows codecs. You can install media feature pack to solve this but then it makes no sense to install N version if you will later install media features turning the system into a non-N version.

Another problem is connecting android phone in N versions simply Windows does not recognize and you can not access the data on the phone. I don't know if the media feature pack solves this I don't remember if I tested it but that was the main reason I would never try to use N versions again.

I have heard it did not solve this. N version is permanently crippled by the European Union. A boon for the consumer!

Crippled in what way? EU has privacy policies like GDPR which disallow many typical telemetry/data harvesting features with massive consequences for breaking them leaving companies scared to not adhere to those laws. Yes the "N" lacks the media package, but you can easily reinstall it from MS and still have a system "flagged" for less intrusive use.. ? What cons do the N versions have apart from the missing media package?
