Check your BIOS settings and make sure you are set to boot from an optical drive first. Most if not all BIOS makers have a function key dedicated to access the boot settings at POST where you can temporarily set boot options or go into the BIOS settings and set it. Or make your life easier and save money by making a USB installation source. Seriously, who burns OS installations to DVD these days?

Hello, Do any other burnt DVD’s like Windows 7 or Ubuntu boot from your optical drive? If so, you can then say for sure your BIOS settings work correctly You can also test the LTSC DVD you burnt on another computer that has an optical drive to determine if there is anything wrong with the disk
