17763.914 will be a homebrew self updated ISO, not allowed to be shared on MDL and not advised to use any non original MSFT ISO from others, you can easily create your own:

I think that the term offline is being misused/misunderstood? Just add the keyboard online and be done with it.

 

Since I would like to avoid to connect LTSC to internet (this is what I meant with "off-line"), I was looking a way to add a foreign keyboard to LTSC, downloading it by means of using another PC and installing there.

I have downloaded 17763.1.180914-1434.rs5_release_CLIENT_LTSC_EVAL_x64FRE_en-us.iso & patched using uk_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_ba0f310a.exe

I have then downloaded SSU - 3*MSU files, CU - 3*MSU files, Flash - 3*MSU files + the Dotnet MSUs.

I only need these to update 17763.1 all the way to .914?

Black txt is not really fine for all MDL themes

You only need those updates from that post, and of course only the x64 ones for x64 images 1 SSU, 1 CU, 1 Flash, 1 DotnetCU (and if desired dotnetfx48 + LP when needed) x64.

As I´ve had no problems at all with LTSC 2019 so far, I just forgot about LTSB and that´s my story.

Now x64 is made en-US LTSC EVAL ISO > Full LTSC ISO in all languages, now by simple doubleclick SVFSFX exe patches!!!

Guys, how do I install ublockorigin on Edge 44.17763.1.0 installed on Win 10 LTSC? When I enter the MS link to download the extension and click on the "get" tab nothing happens !! How do I get the installer without having to install the MS store? Another question: How do I upgrade Microsoft Edge?
