I'm currently running Windows 10 LTSB 2016. Am I able to upgrade to Windows 10 LTSC 2019 without having to do a fresh install?
If yes, what is the procedure for doing so? Simply by creating a bootable USB stick?

By just mounting the LTSC ISO in explorer and run setup.exe.

I apologize if this is a dumb question but after searching I can’t find the answer... will the new nvidia 3080 cards work on ltsc? Or is that just tied to the driver?

how is anyone here supposed to know the answer to that, when the cards haven't been released yet?

well I wasn't sure if video cards were like cpu/ chipsets and only supported up to a certain point. Just like we know the intel 10 series isn't supported by ltsc.

Did resetting group policy work for you? Because I'm looking for a way to get rid of it as well.

When you click on what the setting is which is managed by your organization, what does it show?

Can you show a screenshot of that settings page? Because there should be an option to show the settings that are being managed.
