Honestly in this day and age of high power components, you won't notice a difference in day to day performance. However, on older, low power components, LTSC might indeed be the answer. I'm running 1909 Enterprise on a 2013 Dell Inspiron and it suits me just fine.
What's the difference betwen Enterprise and Enterprise LTSC? I know that Enterprise LTSC doesn't have the Windows Store and no Cortana right? Any other differences?
Is there any way to know when the next LTSC release will be? For example, could the upcoming May 2020 update 20H1/ Version 2004 also have a LTSC release? Or do they let people know in advance?
3 years after the current one is what MSFT is aiming for. LTSC doesn't follow the bi-annual feature update frequency.

The SVF files are for creating LTSC ISOs from a consumer ISO. But since the links are for LTSC ISOs, you won't need the SVFs any more.

Okay, got it. So I download this en-uk_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_723dfbc1.iso And then I proceed as usual, flash and install? Or do I need to install something else as well? I see that there are a lot of SKUs with different options. I don't see english_indian, so english_UK is the next closest thing.
