Run this in an elevated cmd:
    Code:
    findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\Logs\CBS\CBS.log >"%userprofile%\Desktop\sfcdetails.txt"
It will put a txt file with the errors from sfc on your desktop.
Simply mounting the LTSC ISO and running setup.exe should work.

Sorry, I rarely have tiny outbursts of outrage at certified adults that would rather get their ABC from people on forums and facebook and dismiss / not even check technical data readily available because google bad, wikipedia bad, microsoft docs bad.
Member since 2016, one would think you should know by now the difference between Pro, Ent, LTSC..
Just apply lotions to areas were you felt burned, it will pass.

Looking for 17763.316 February 2019 Refresh ISO ,
cloudmail link in OP is very very slow for me.
Do we have any mirror ?
I have looked for this ISO on adguard and other mirrors but they provide March version (.379)
And SvF wants .316 , Hence

Enterprise 2019 LTSC is not a special SKU, it installs the same way as any other SKU.

Were there ever officially released MSFT ISOs with an activation key released?

The EVAL ISO is only there to be used as source for my svfsfx patches to create a non EVAL ISO in your desired language.

EVAL ISOs can't be activated beyond it's evaluation period by any means.

The ISOs are 100% original MVS released ISOs, so how did you create the bootable usb?
