Nah, i don't want it, i mainly use my PC for gaming, i had issues with games on Server 2016 and i'm not even going to try Server 2019.
hmm, yeah, I guess thats why they also left contacts pinned to taskbar in ltsc when you first login (ltsc)......whats point of that if other metro apps are gone......
Windows Server 2019 comes with a ton of extra server features that standard home environments have zero use for. Windows Server 2019 comes with a multitude of incorrect default settings for a home environment. Windows Server 2019 comes with a large compatibility issue - many programs will not install on a server environment due to licensing from the program maker. Likewise, many Antivirus software will also not install on Server. I'm all for using whatever OS you want, and Windows Server most definitely can be used as a workstation OS for a power user, but it most certainly is not "better" then LTSC. It's also not any more lightweight.
when I install LTSC offline windows defender is still working even when I disable it from group policy time doesn't change chipsets took forever to install context menu entries for apps that doesn't exist in the ltsc like "edit with paint 3d" same problems with normal enterprise.
1- I disabled WD without any problems using some reg tweaks. 2- No problems with time here. 3- I don't install chipsets drivers but my friend have confirmed it. 4- I can't call this a problem but... Also confirmed.
if i remember correctly it was the same with ltsb 1607. "edit with paint 3d" can be removed in the registry. windows defender also needed to be disabled from services.msc and the registry, since not all services could be simply stopped and disabled. never had problems with installing chipset drivers tho. and how should the time change, if you installed it offline. go online
....So if now everyone is asking, I will ask, please someone has link iso ENTERPRISE LTSC 2019 PT-Br (Brasil)?
Upgrade Windows 10 Evaluation to Full versioneasily Open Registry Editor. Go to the following Registry key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion. Tip: See how to jump to the desired Registry key with one click. Change the EditionID value data from EnterpriseEval to Enterprise.
Guys.. so you can upgrade from LTSB to LTSC if the LTSB was permanently activated. So why not upgrade and after that back-up activation and restore activation when needed?
