Now the bug is showing up on other places: https:// docs DOT microsoft DOT com/en-us/answers/questions/408413/kb5003217-os-settings-cannot-be-opened.html It seems that it happens to all non EN-US languages Windows 10 LTSC, but this one. (EN-GB for instance also breaks....only US is fine) It seems that besides Settings and Search, it also breaks Printers and RDP.
Do not use USB Hub, plug to PC USB port. Do not (avoid) use SD Card reader, use a real Flash Drive. Clean format your USB Flash Drive and test its integritry and if not fake with program H2TESTW. Download VENTOY and install it to your (good) Flash Drive. Download the ISO Memtest86+, copy it to Flash Drive, boot with Ventoy > Memtest86+ and test your PC RAM. Copy your Windows ISO to your (good) Flash Drive. Download https:// genuine-iso-verifier DOT weebly DOT com and test your Windows ISO on your Flash Drive. Is it genuine? Only use it if so. Only if all above steps are ok, then boot with Ventoy > Windows ISO and install it.
Yo... maybe just sit tight and wait!? Expectations are LTSC 2022 version 21H2. Beyond that - go find a microsoft employee and ask them. The amount of pages full of this question... is too damn high!
I'm trying to disable Windows Update but it activates again when i restart, here my .REG Is something missing ? [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate\AU] "NoAutoUpdate"=dword:00000001 "AUOptions"=dword:00000002 "ScheduledInstallDay"=dword:00000000 "ScheduledInstallTime"=dword:00000003 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\wuauserv] "Start"=dword:00000004 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WaaSMedicSvc] "Start"=dword:00000004 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\UsoSvc] "DelayedAutoStart"=dword:00000004 "Start"=dword:00000004
I have two questions that I hope people can help me with, because there's basically 300 pages here but unfortunately not as clear. 1) Where exactly is the exact download? The main thread links to this post but that post just links to another post, which links to pastebin, which links to these random sites....and those random sites have several versions, none of which explain if they're legit or how to check the hash? How come there is no direct .iso link? I'm sure there's a legitimate explanation. 2) People will mention which activators to use but not how to use them. For example, if I want to use the latest version of LTSC, and then use MAS, are the instructions MAS_1.4 > Separate-Files-Version > Activators > HWID-KMS38_Activation >HWID_Activation.cmd ? Thank you
@HenryTor 1. The linked post is an Enterprise 2019 LTSC overview, about all 3 officially released Enterprise 2019 LTSC ISO builds, original, re-release and feb 2019 refresh. It contains the Media Content (SKU list) of all three released ISO builds, it links to my SVF(SFX) repo's and the direct ISO download links to the original release and feb 2019 refresh ISOs on the luzea drive (by @luzea) together with links to the MVS ISO checksums. On mdl we only link to untouched, genuine and original MSFT content. 2. On MDL we are not allowed to discuss MAS in detail, but the AIO cmd will simply show you what to select for HWID or KMS38 activation, it's just an option in the main menu.

Does that mean the main download changed or does that just mean the windows update was released? In other words, do we continue using en_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_5795bb03 ?
When you install any of the three officially released Enterprise 2019 LTSC ISOs, all installs will get the latest LCU offered and not older ones.
