Did you tried to manually download (google: store adguard) the App from the Microsoft Store and install it with PowerShell?

    Add-AppxPackage

Intel Raid App have to be also installed from the Microsoft Store, but manual installation worked just fine.

Yes, the app is there in WindowsApps but didn't open.

I'm now pretty sure it's a hardware problem as other people have complained about my laptop model doing the same thing, regardless of LTSC. Sorry for wasting people's time!

Is it possible to upgrade LTSC 2019 to 21H1 enterprise?

Should I just run setup from iso image or should I do anything else?

You can simply start setup.exe from the 21H1 ISO, as long as it contains Enterprise:)

Should not be needed, the ei.cfg from the business ISO should enable to skip it.

There is a way to install the latest GeForce driver (DCH) while retaining the control panel, but it's a bit of a lengthy process.

    1. Remove your old installation files using DDU.
    2. Install the latest standard (non-DCH) driver. (Preferably using NVSlimmer to remove the unnecessary features.)
    3. Download the latest DCH driver and remove the included bloatware using NVSlimmer. DO NOT install it! Just repackage it.
    4. Extract the repackaged archive. (7Zip can help you with that.) Again, DO NOT install it.
    5. Open the device manager and use it to update your driver. Simply point it to the folder in which the extracted files are stored.
    6. Enjoy life!

haha I think I discovered a gold mine lol, I say this because I was using the LTSC 2019 version until this morning when I decided to do a risky but well thought out decision: I downloaded the ISO of windows 10 enterprise x64 21h2 using the fantastic tool of our inestimal companion @BAU and I upgrade on top of the LTSC up to this moment everything went well (remembering that all this action was made without the internet is clear! When restarting the machine it was necessary to reconfigure a mountain of "things" inside the gpedit.msc and other locations also (Windows Firewall, Task Scheduler, Services.msc etc); So after these modifications I restarted the machine and accessed the internet to download updates and which was not my surprise !!! The Absence of M$FT Edge and all The UWP applications have disappeared(except settings page) as a charm was laborious but now I have an updated machine in every way so I am very happy with my decision ...In time I also did not forget the Windows 11 icons at least this works on Windows 11 :D:p
