Nope. DCH downloads the Microsoft Store app which isn't opened through the context menu.

I was actually just trying this, but the problem is that Lenovo provides DCH drivers, which seem completely unusable as the system stops the card driver from running. I would chalk it up to the GPU being fried, but remembering that this has already happened once before... I'll try to update the BIOS and if that fails, I'll be reinstalling with non-LTSC Windows.

Try this command line (copy and paste it on an elevated CMD prompt with admin privileges)

    reg.exe ADD "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer" /v NoNewAppAlert /t REG_DWORD /d 00000001 /f

Did you tried to manually download (google: store adguard) the App from the Microsoft Store and install it with PowerShell?

    Add-AppxPackage

Intel Raid App have to be also installed from the Microsoft Store, but manual installation worked just fine.

Yes, the app is there in WindowsApps but didn't open.

I'm now pretty sure it's a hardware problem as other people have complained about my laptop model doing the same thing, regardless of LTSC. Sorry for wasting people's time!

Is it possible to upgrade LTSC 2019 to 21H1 enterprise?

You can simply start setup.exe from the 21H1 ISO, as long as it contains Enterprise:)

Should not be needed, the ei.cfg from the business ISO should enable to skip it.

There is a way to install the latest GeForce driver (DCH) while retaining the control panel, but it's a bit of a lengthy process.

    1. Remove your old installation files using DDU.
    2. Install the latest standard (non-DCH) driver. (Preferably using NVSlimmer to remove the unnecessary features.)
    3. Download the latest DCH driver and remove the included bloatware using NVSlimmer. DO NOT install it! Just repackage it.
    4. Extract the repackaged archive. (7Zip can help you with that.) Again, DO NOT install it.
    5. Open the device manager and use it to update your driver. Simply point it to the folder in which the extracted files are stored.
    6. Enjoy life!
