    I'm in no hurry to do it immediately, but I'd like to upgrade to LTSC to get a few goodies (improved regedit and more).

    At the moment I'm on Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB - 10.0.14393 Build 14393. What's the easiest route? Will it keep my settings etc.?

    On a related note, I've got a high-end box running Windows 7 and I'd like to migrate it to Windows 10 to future-proof it. A LTS version is preferred, since I don't want Windows Shop, useless apps or mandatory updates that reset my settings . Can it be done painlessly?

    This might not be the correct thread for the second question, so in that case please forgive my newbieness. A pointer to more appropriate thread/forum would be appreciated.

    It seems KMS_VL_ALL is able to activate LTSC 2019.

    Can i do an inplace upgrade from LTSB 2016 and keep all my applications and files? Or is it only possible to do a fresh install?
