Iirc not a bug since the Settings got divided into system access and app access, if you disable the former NOTHING will have access, only the latter disables the app access but leaves the Win32API one intact.
The mailto protocol handler is missing too, need to add it manually. (At least I had to with Em Client, don't know on others.) Otherwise was unable to set a default client, etc.
1. I'm running LTSB 2016 and WSL(Windows Subsystem for Linux) got disabled after an update. They are saying that "The beta was accidentally included in the LTSB release and was disabled because it cannot be updated or even bugfixed without updating the kernel-mode drivers ". Is WSL still working in LTSC 2019? 2. Is there any workaround for the File Associations bug? 3. What exactly is the incorrect CPU usage bug in Task Manager ?
I found a link on pastebin where there list of addresses that need to be blocked outbound to prevent the LTSC from upgrading, which is what I want to set, no updates will be necessary on my system, especially not the "automatic" ones. So while I did follow the instructions here and set the group policies, and also removed Defender, I wish to know if anyone is familiar with the manual ip address blocking way of preventing updates? Someone let me know Thanks.
10. powershell does not save history for non english keyboard (using apveyor version for the moment until new beta is out...)
@drlc Windows doesn't remember what to use to open files, even after checking "always use". Same with png, jpg, mp4, etc.
