Based on my understanding that is meant for people with United Extensible Firmware Interface systems. Yes, it is compatible with legacy BIOS.
You can never be sure. Just for ecample Vivaldi had a test build that worked as usual on 98% of the PCs, but that was almost unusable on the remaining 2%. An obscure function missing on some CPUs was the culprit. They took a whole weekend to understand what was wrong, given none of their machines where affected. Something like that can impact an OS component, a driver or whatever, and possibly the bug will take months to be spotted and fixed.

Sincere apologies if this info is already available somewhere, but which link should I download from to get the client combined ESD? x64 and x86 files, Thanks.
This your post is a bit patronizing after calling Chrome a crappy browser(if I can remember the precise term you used). Hahaha! However, my video graphics adapter driver is the latest which came out on the 27th of last month and I have no problem with it. Other browsers don't display such anomaly in Anniversary Update though. On third party browser failure one would expect Microsoft Edge as a native browser in Windows 10 to take advantage of the operating system internal functions quite well.
Indeed Chrome is a crappy browser. Whatever else you would call a spyware tool like that? If Vivaldi is too sophisticated for your needs, at least use Chromium NOT Chrome.
Oh I did find an interesting crossfire issue that will only apply to a small percentage of AMD crossfire users. I recently recieved a R9 390 back as a replacement RMA for a R9 290X and I also have a R9 290. After it updated to build .10 with crossfire enabled and ULPS enabled my R9 290 in windows was showing it was using the R9 390 Vbios and the R9 390 default clocks. I redid the AMD driver install to verify using DDU. I could not roll back to build .5 as I had deleted the install files. I did not have this issue prior with build .5 or prior. Using both AMD drivers 16.6 and 16.7.3 produced this issue. Yes the PC would crash with the default clocks of the 390 running on the 290. To fix this, I had to manually disable ULPS in the registry, none of the Overclock tools would do it correctly. After manually disabling ULPS both cards bios were running correctly and all is working. Oddities from this: With the 390 vbios showing on my 290 it showed in GPU-Z as a 290x, what I mean is the shaders unlocked, however according to all the tools out there my 290 is not unlockable. The 290 would run also run correctly with the 390 vbios, if I downclocked it, back to original clocks. However if I flash the 390 vbios to my 290 the pc blackscreens soon after booting into Windows.
I don't agree with the idea of calling Chrome a crappy browser and it isn't a spyware tool as you claim here. My only gripe with it is that it uses much of my system memories and consumes much of the battery when compared to the other browsers. You are intentionally trying to make Vivaldi looks sophisticated beyond what is necessary to say of it without providing any evidence. You don't have to underrate my ability to prove your points and it is becoming consistent with your posts.
@Enthousiast and other contributors in other sites and threads: Thanks a lot for your amazing job. If you were paid for working privately in a company for this service, for sure you would do a crappy job that sucks.
Guys, plz don't start her off - just add her to ignore then you don't have to see it/read it. She's on the payroll of the developers of that crappy obscure browser she constantly advertises - it's not humanly possible to be that much of a fangirl without being on the payroll - just ignore her. She posts about it relentlessly. Yesterday yet another member was bemoaning her "very aggressive" style of posting and attitude towards ppl. She becomes extremely nasty if you so much as dare to mention using software that's different to what she likes - so don't feel singled out. Just add her to ignore.
Didn't know T-S was a "she". L0L Are you sure? How do you know? Maybe I ask for a date... Hopefully not a "he-she"
