No is not. It's useful if you want to integrate the LP on an iso. On a working installation just use the control panel to download and install Or use lpksetup if you have already the cab

I never miss a thing what goes on here. I bookmark on the last post I read. Then later I click on that bookmark and continue off reading. Then update bookmark and keep repeating that process.
