That Date and Time settings. Which is different to the old clock you used to get from taskbar on Windows 8.1 and older
It's still there...click date and time settings -> additional date, time & regional settings -> date and time I don't see the difference.

I have seen a couple features not be able to work via registry settings, but AFAIK most important ones are still working as intended regardless of group policy settings.
It's rumoured to be a week after the release of RS1 on PC. It's PC release, mobile release, then possibly the first insider build for RS2 by the middle of the month. Note that 'middle' of the month does not mean the 15th, it's generally meaning anywhere from the 8th to the 22nd. Apparently I've heard from a few people who aren't insiders that they've yet to have RS1 come through Windowsupdate... and it's Friday evening here. I guess we got put down the list for the staggered release here! Being an insider it doesn't affect me of course .
anyone else has high DPC latency with anniversary update, causing sound cracks/pops etc? for me, the problem seems to be DirectX Graphics Kernel and NDIS.SYS
Apologies in advance for the noobish question. Are the enterprise versions final and complete? Some other guy in another thread mentioned that those were insider preview versions and therefore not final retail. Is that true? Did MS upload wrong ISOs to msdn? And even if...is there actually a difference once installed on a machine? Thanks for any reply and again sorry if this question has already been asked.
MSDN offers the enterprise editions without "insider" in the filename, techbench released do have "insider". The built is for both the same 14393.0 and that is final.
