    Try checking settings and make sure you didn't turn off the multitasking option where it lets you drag things to corners and such.

    Fyi, today i upgraded from win7 sp1 HomePremium to 10 Home, using the normal MSDN iso and it got a Digital License !!!!

    If you want enterprise why not download the MSDN release or the VLSC release? Both are promoted in the OP in RED (kabino's post has all MSDN enterprise editions) :)

    Is your explorer don't sluggish? Try to open ~15 folder in new windows and see. Mine opens ~5 seconds, one by one. On Windows 7 it much more faster, cause it open all windows simultaneously.

    For me it's sluggish with just 5 windows open (different apps, non is resources-hungry)
