Hmm maybe in some other editions because in Enterprise (14393, in 1511 it was Preinstalled) wasn't there and that's why i opened a bloody account just to install it from the store.
You are correct! I only find it on 'My Library' indicating something that's preinstalled but it is not at the Start menu though.
Weird. The Store install News app automatically. I don't know how. I search the app in search option in taskbat.
That's happened to me. Just hitting your back button and forward button again will make it to go through.
I found an unusual detail with RS1. On my systems I use a en-us base system configured with pt-pt input (without making use of a language pack), and as soon as this language is added, the store will download pt-pt versions of the inbuilt apps such as news, mail, etc, but the store remains in en-us. Before it'd also be updated to a pt-pt version. Also, in the same computer an account using the pt-pt language pack to change the whole Windows UI, the store will remain in en-us (it didn't previously in threshold). On the other hand a system with a base pt-pt installation will have the store displayed as "loja", and localized in pt-pt as everything else.
I've not tested this, but I'm pretty sure the store will use your system language, not input language.
It did before, IIRC even when I used pt-pt input in windows 8.1 under an en-us installation and UI, so as th1/th2 certainly did change the store app GUI language/name after changing input to pt-pt, and removing en-us. What I found stranger, is that even in an account where system language is set to pt-pt and using that language pack under a en-us installation, solely the store GUI remains in en-us instead of auto-updating to the "Loja" app as the rest of them did, but the scroll-down content displayed in the home page is in pt-pt as previously (see attachment).
