That's hardly a surprise. You're only entitled to the home/core version (as you had on 8) if you haven't entered a Pro retail key (instead of the generic/skip/gvlk), or created a previous digital entitlement from 7 pro/ultimate or 8.1 pro to 10 pro via upgrade before the 29th (probably it's still up...). The legit way is paying for a legit Pro key directly from MS. For other learning/testing purposes on Pro activation, well, there's the kms tools subforum.
Windows 10 RS1 is windows 10 pro? As I have searched and can't find anything about it. I am asking this as I have windows 7 ultimate activated, with geniuneticket.xml generated. So I want to know, as I will be installing windows 10 wiping my windows 7 Sorry for a noobish question.
Final RS1 or 1607 is just the latest public 14393 build. You'll find Pro on the multiple editions iso that is required for your upgrade.
If you download the multiple versions edition it contains home, and pro. You can extract install.wim /sourceimage:1 for pro, and /sourceimage:2 for home. Then you can create two ISOs.
