    Do we have any confirmation on 14393 being RTM / GA? I can't see any new builds on build feed and the final build was supposed to be signed-off today so unless things have gotten delayed it probably is 14393?

    You could, but nothing beats a fresh install. You are saving a lot of disk space and avoiding potential issues in the future.

    Install fiddler, get the esd link, make a iso and perform a clean install

    Sure. If the goal is to waste your time.

    Anyway that has nothing to do with fresh install v.s. clean install.

    You can do your own ISO, clean it with MSMG or similar program, or manually, and upgrade your old installation.

    I'm not a moderator but you at least could tell the downloaders it's a used install.esd from the bt-sources folder so the downloader can decide if he wants to take the risk downloading it.
