Can anyone please help me out. I'm trying to create a Windows 10 14393 x64 GB-EN Pro USB Stick using Rufus. All works if I set the Rufus settings to NTFS - MBR partition scheme for BIOS or UEFI-CSM it creates the USB stick, the only problem is that when I try to boot by machine on it, it just sits there with the blue windows logo but does nothing else Someone told me to try and create the USB stick in Rufus using FAT32 (Default) - MBR partition scheme for UEFI but when I select these settings I get the following error message have way through the creation process Error: ISO image extraction failure How do I get it to successfully create a working usb stick using FAT32 - MBR partition scheme for UEFI Thanks in advance
Did you try to simply format the USB in FAT32 and extract the iso to it using 7z or winrar etcetc? It should be BIOS and UEFI bootable.
No luck yet. Really am hoping we see a release of it by August the 2nd. My main HTPC is shutdown until then. Got tired of the random reboots it would do....
Don't worry, it is still fully supported with security updates and bug fixes. But no more major versions (IE12) will come out.
The logo shown for a long time is normal at some systems, i have one too, on that system it takes about 7min to go on
Found these _2504d Services (Local), anyone know what they do? Doesn't feel like a final build, found a few annoying bugs...
