Don't show him any attention. He did that all the way through every W8 release and the same through every W10 release! He does it for attention. Yet at the same time still posts about how he's installed the newest release!
Well just installed 14393.3 over joe public win 10 and got a message you won't be able to go back to win 7 h'mm but this version works with Kaspersky (not like with the insider builds). stop press: Kaspersky now works with insider build 14393.3 so this must be the RTM or whatever name you want to call it

It's not available yet. As I said before, I switched to the Fast ring (I was on Release Preview) just to see if I could get it, but I'm not getting it. Microsoft has only pushed the build for languages that are supported in regular Insider Previews. We have to wait for the ISOs. You can, however, take the en-us ISO and integrate the pt-pt language pack, but it's slightly convoluted. I've done it in the past for build 10240 but I don't think it's worth the trouble for this build. Or you can upgrade to en-us 14393 (you might have to clean install, though, since it's a different language) and then install the language pack.
You actually can upgrade using different language ESD/ISO. Setup will inform you that you may lose your current system language.
Yeah, I've tried deleting the en-US language pack and installing the pt-PT language pack into the x64 en-US Pro version supplied here, but I had mixed results... The apps were still in English and some text was still in English aswell (like Task Manager and Administrator in cmd).
Hmm, I didn't know that. I remember in the past you couldn't upgrade and keep files and settings, but it must have changed now that we can install any language pack at will. Like I said, I did it for build 10240 a year ago. Everything was translated fine, except for preinstalled UWP apps. Those got translated as soon as they received an update from the Store. But I'm not as impatient for this update, so I prefer waiting for the official ISOs instead of running the risk of having corrupted/mixed files. But it's about time Microsoft posted them on MSDN.
