    hi trump please sit down and shhh until you replace your broke ass pc with that stone aged HDD this is RTI release to insiders and every bug we report get's fixed and sent to us in a minor update this is the same build that will be sent out for pleb users to update to even if you don't like it

    The build is addressed as Insider Preview at the Feedback Hub. It`s still going through development stage.

    That I can't confidently say. As long as it is being evaluated by Insiders there is element of truth it is under development.

    People will never learn. You won't say stuff like this if you paid attention to how 10240 and 10586 were released. They were all labeled "Insider Preview" and they were all pushed to Insiders first, before being released to OEM/GA.
