Ms cant sign off without insiders testing it first
insiders are QA of ms now
    cant Rtm it without QA
OEM did thier with drivers and ended with this build

So RTM is the same build (14393) that sign off. If it didn't yet sign off it not RTM.

The same code, new build ? Now I'm confused.
Always when we closed to RTM thing about build not clear.

same code like 14393 + patches(from insiders input) = new bulid like 14400.16386

14393 and 14390 dont share the same base code for example

14393 and RTM sign-off will have same code just those final patches already included

The Insider Program has moved on from 14393.0. We are now testing the ZDP (Zero Day Patch) for General Release on 2 Aug.

We will also likely have further release day patches to test. Any future test updates will likely directly supersede the existing update packages.

    Guys,

What tools do you use to make a bootable usb stick? I've converted my 14393 en-gb pro esd to an iso file and I'm trying to use Rufus (I've used it many times before) but it always fails with the error message of

    Error ISO image Extraction failure

    Can anyone please help??

    Thanks in advance

But now the build number is 14393.3. It's not RTM+ZDP ?
Is ZDP adding new Windows apps to esd file ?

Just format the usb thumbdrive FAT32 in explorer and extract the iso to it, done... UEFI & Legacy BIOS bootable.

Diskpart works great for prepping USB Flash Drives.

Most people who ask questions don't use the cmd prompt as often as many here think, rightclick drive > format FAT32 seems more noobproof than a cmd where you easily can select the wrong drive and than it's to late ;)
