    so, is it confirmed that this build is RTM, because I don't want to get this build, and then 5 minutes later, Microsoft would be like, "Yeah, we said that 14393 is RTM, but we accidentally left some bugs crawling in its code, so here is 14400 as a bug fixer build."

    I'm not sure if we're going to get ESDs for languages that weren't in the regular Insider Previews. However, I've already set my PC to the fast ring to see if they indeed exist. I'll post the link here if I get something. Otherwise, we're going to have to wait for the ISOs.
