With most things but not with scanning and restoring health of the Windows Store, i.e., commands like this and the like:
dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth. Actually, now that I think about it there was a progress bar but it was meaningless. It would go to 20% and just sit there until the operation was finished. Now when both scanning and restoring health it is a meaningful progress bar that moves in increments toward 100% and is done at that point.

 

is it do you have the .cab for x64?

here the same happend on 2 different machines .

one with 14393.0 goes to .5
other with .3 (manually installed) goes also to .5

both via windows update

Much better adblock alternative to browser extensions.

 

What do you gain (or benefit) if you stop being an insider...e.g. less spying info given to MS or what ?
