is there anyone who encounter high cpu usage in runtime broker or rundll322 process? especially when using metro apps such as photo/music

Yes, I do. Even when I am running no single application on my system task hits about 30 t0 35 percent of the memory used. The System files are often the culprits.

I test and i MS assistive technologies on VMware with windows 7 ultimate with dell slic bios and upgrade successful on windows 10 pro with no error on activation.

No, I haven't. When I try to end those processes they give warning messages that it will result in system stability. Those system files don't use much of my CPU but always the memory.
